SALES TERMS: Prepayment is required on all orders unless otherwise arranged either via bank draft, US Postal Money Orders, Wire transfer,

SAUNA or MAT AVAILABILITY: By filling out this sales agreement you are contracting Arrowhead Healthworks to build a sauna or mat or both and that each unit is built to order in Korea. We do not maintain inventory here currently. It takes approximately 1 week for our bank to verify funds. Once the factory receives funds, then they starts building the units and it takes approx. 2 weeks for completion. Our mats are not made in the same factory as the saunas and therefore shipping times may be different. Then they are packed and sent for shipment to Korean Customs and then loaded onto the ship in the container headed for S.Calif. We're notified when they arrive at the docks in Long Beach. They're off-loaded in specific order from the Freight Container and sent to X-Ray Hold and then to Homeland Security Inspection and then Customs. This takes sometimes 2-3 weeks in busy seasons like Christmas. So, altogether it typically takes 6-8 weeks from the time orders are processed here until we receive them depending on variables mentioned above. We keep you up to date via email.The ozone upgraded saunas are sent to us unfinished and we finish them here at our S.Calif. warehouse, test them and then pack and ship them out. This takes approximately a week to complete after we receive them from the docks.

 

OTHER EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY: This includes ozone generators and other related products. These are stocked in small quantities and depending on the product demand may be subject to sell outs. Some of our generators are from Asia and some from Canada. Availability will be based on which units are ordered. We will notify you when you order about specific model availability. Canadian units are easier to get in terms of time.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: The cost of shipping is NOT included in theprice of the products. Therefore each customers cost will vary depending on where they are located and the carrier used and shipping speed. US Domestic shipments on the Continental US are Insured Ground Only via UPS Ground or FEDEX. We can use a customer's carrier account if they prefer. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Back Orders are shipped oldest invoice first. We are not responsible for delays due to unforseen events such as labor strikes, weather, acts of war or natural disasters, or International political issues affecting commerce, Customs & Secrity Inspeection delays, etc. After the events of 9/11, U.S. Customs policies are subject to change without notice and sometimes delays are inevitable ... customers will be notified as soon as possible should such an event occur. Shipping is considerably higher to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping terms and pricing varies and what is initially quoted may not be what ends up being paid.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: International Shipments are subject to the Carriers & their Contractor's Schedules and we have no control over these things once they leave the US. We only use reputable bonded shippers who provide insurance and Tracking with Guaranteed Delivery. We prefer to only ship to the U.S. Forwarder and for international customers to make their own arrangements for Freight Forwarding unless special arrangements are made with us. If we arrange it, there is a transportation & freight fee to ship the items to the Freight Forwarder at LAX. No duties, taxes or surcharges are included and are the sole responsibility of the customer on their end of the shipment.

 

SAUNA PRODUCTS GUARANTEE / WARRANTY: 5 yr. Limited Lifetime Warranty on Domes; 1 yr. Limited Warranty on Electronics. Repair or Exchange Only. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Health Dept. Regulations prevents us from reselling used saunas. Saunas are warranteed against manufacturers defect only. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear or electrical damage resulting from poor quality power, black or brown outs, power surges, accidents, transportation damage, or Acts of God such as earthquakes, hurricanes, injury from off-site use like hotel rooms, conferences, etc. Warranty is void if inspection verifies damage from excessive wear and tear, abuse or unauthorized modifications. Other Manufacturer's Products are subject to the terms of their Warranties / Guarantees.

 

INSPECTION: I understand I should have the delivery person wait so I can inspect the pakage to insure everything is OK. If there are obvious factory defects, I can return it for repair or exchange.

 

EXCHANGE/ REPAIR POLICY: If inspection shows damage which is not factory defect, we will attempt to repair it here at our So.Calif. Service Center first. If it is not possible, we will exchange out for a replacement part but Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. If it is factory defect discovered within 7 days of purchase date, we will exchange it and pay for return shipping. Customer must ship the defective part back insured with a RAN (return authorization number). We will replace it with existing stock if possible or order a replacement from our Korean Factory. Customer must call for a RA Number and give a reason in writing along with a photo for verification.

 

REFUND POLICY: ALL SAUNAS & MATS ARE BUILT TO ORDER. THEREFORE THERE ARE ABOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Exchange or Reair at our discretion. I understand that there are no refunds available because are built to order for me and I agree to these terms.

 

LIABILITY WAIVER: Arrowhead Healthworks™ is indemnified against and shall be held harmless for any type of injury, perceived or actual through the use of our products by any party for any reason.
