- SALES
TERMS: Prepayment is required on all orders unless otherwise
arranged either via bank draft, US Postal Money Orders, Wire
transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. No in house credit terms
are available at this time.
- SAUNA AVAILABILITY: Our Sauna Products are custom
made by hand by our contract factory in Korea. This is a brand
new product and since it is a start up venture, it is subject
to delays by the Korean Manufacturer until they get fully ramped
up for volume. We are doing what is termed "Just In Time"
Manufacturing which means that we don't stock much in a warehouse
yet. We're told to allow 2 weeks for processing after they receive
our order and verify funds. Then we're subject to Ocean Freight
schedules and Homeland Security Inspections, Customs, etc. We're
working on getting a warehouse fulfillment center up to speed
and hope to have regular stock by mid-May. Until then, we have
to wait for each small shipment individually. It typically takes
6-8 weeks from the time orders are processed here until we receive
them depending on variables mentioned above. We keep you up to
date via email.
- OTHER
EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY: Generally if we have stock, we ship within
48 hrs. of funds verification. Products made by other vendors
which we resell are subject to availability. We will inform the
customer of their current status. Ozone generators are Canadian
and are custom ordered for the customer. It takes about 7-10
business days to receive once funds verify.
- SHIPPING
& DELIVERY: US Domestic shipments on the Continental US are
Insured Ground Only via our contract carrier except to Hawaii.
We can use a customer's carrier account if they prefer. Please
allow 7-14 business days for delivery when stock is current.
Back Orders are shipped oldest invoice first. We are not responsible
for delays due to unforseen events such as labor strikes, weather,
acts of war or natural disasters, or International political
issues affecting commerce, Customs & Secrity Inspeection
delays, etc. After the events of 9/11, U.S. Customs policies
are subject to change without notice and sometimes delays are
inevitable ... customers will be notified as soon as possible
should such an event occur.
- INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING POLICY: International Shipments are subject to the Carriers
& their Contractor's Schedules and we have no control over
these things once they leave the US. We only use reputable bonded
shippers who provide insurance and Tracking with Guaranteed Delivery.
We prefer to only ship to the U.S. Forwarder and for international
customers to make their own arrangements for Freight Forwarding
unless special arrangements are made with us. If we arrange it,
there is a transportation & freight fee to ship the items
to the Freight Forwarder at LAX. No duties, taxes or surcharges
are included and are the sole responsibility of the customer
on their end of the shipment.
- SAUNA
PRODUCTS GUARANTEE / WARRANTY: 3 yr. Limited Lifetime Warranty
on Domes; 1 yr. Limited Warranty on Medical Bed & Electronics.
Repair or Exchange Only. No Refunds. Health Dept. Regulations
prevents us from reselling used saunas. Saunas are warranteed
against manufacturers defect only. Warranty does not cover cosmetic
damage or normal wear and tear or electrical damage resulting
from poor quality power, black or brown outs, power surges, accidents,
transportation damage, or Acts of God such as earthquakes, hurricanes,
injury from off-site use like tradeshows, etc. Warranty is void
if inspection verifies damage from excessive wear and tear, abuse
or unauthorized modifications. Other Manufacturer's Products
are subject to the terms of their Warranties / Guarantees.
- EXCHANGE/
REPAIR POLICY: If inspection by our engineer shows damage which
is not manufacturers defect, we will attempt to repair defects
here at our So.Calif. Service Center first. If it is not possible,
we will exchange out for a replacement unit but Customer is responsible
for all shipping expenses. If it is manufacture defect discovered
within 7 days of purchase date, we will exchange it free of charge
with existing stock and pay for return shipping expense. Customer
must call for a RA Number and give a reason in writing.
- REFUND POLICY:
No refunds. Exchange or Reair only at our discretion.
- LIABILITY
WAIVER: Arrowhead Healthworks is indemnified against and
shall be held harmless for any type of injury, intentional or
accidental, through the use of our products by any party.
